Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Awasiya Vidyalaya Recruitment Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:- The qualification of graduation with minimum 50 percent marks in a subject related to any recognized board/university (subject for which full-time teacher is being applied for the posts numbered 1 to 10) is mandatory. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Tribe and Disabled category will be given 5 percent relaxation in the minimum marks mentioned above in this rule. Higher educational qualification and marks obtained will be given priority in selection.

Educational Qualification: S.No. For 06 to 10, B.Com from a compulsorily recognized institution. Ed. And no. No. For 01 to 04, B.Ed from a recognized institution. Or passing in equivalent examination like teacher training examination in two year diploma in elementary education. Bachelor in Physical Education/Degree in Physical education will be mandatory for Physical Teacher.

Teacher Eligibility Test: National Teacher Education

Under the guidelines formulated by the Council, it will be mandatory to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the Jharkhand Government for class 6 to class 8. The validity of TET has been declared lifelong by the state government. TET is not mandatory for physical teacher and classes 09 to 12.

Salary

1. Teachers are selected on contract basis with fixed emoluments of Rs. 15,840/- per month will be payable. On completion of 03 years of satisfactory service, 50 percent increase in fixed monthly emoluments will be payable.

2. In case of contract extension, Rs 250. Annual salary increment of Rs. 100,000 will be provided every year.

The selection guidelines and other contract based conditions are as follows:

1. Only female candidates will be considered eligible for selection. Applications of male candidates will not be accepted.

2. The service of the selected teacher and non-teaching staff will be taken on contract basis initially for one year and if the work is satisfactory, the period can be extended for one year each.

3. District level reservation rules will be followed in the selection of all posts.
