(a) Supervisor Administration
Qualification:-
i. Retired JCO/Hony Rank having administration experience
ii. Basic knowledge of Handling of master ledger of stores.
iii. Stores equipment maintenance and man management
Age:- Less than 55 years at the time of joining For ESM 57 years.
(b) Account
Qualification
i. Commerce graduate or fifteen years service as a clerk in the Defence Service
ii. Basic Computer Application course of Army/ Diploma in Computer of not less than 1 year.
iii. Knowledge of double entry system of accounting, excel sheet, accounting software and Tally.
iv. Minimum 5 years experience as an accounts clerk in the Defence Service/reputed organization.
Age:- Fresh candidates (Less than 5 years experience) below 40 years and for experienced below 55 years.
(c) Upper Division Clerk
Qualification:-
i. Commerce graduate or fifteen years service as a clerk in the Defence Service
ii. Basic Computer Application course of Army/ Diploma in Computer of not less than 1 year.
